Parkside Electric Roller
This roller has a heavy-duty 150mm roller tube, and stainless-steel ends. This roller is particularly high-set to allow the electric motor to roll up the pool cover without getting stuck on the curved corners of the pool. The owners had had several expensive quotes to remove the rounded corners on that end of the pool, but by simply raising the roller, using the correct geometry, Solazone were able to overcome the rolling up difficulty.
This roller comes with a geared-down 12 volt DC motor, operated from a single button remote control.
The motor will both roll up the cover, and also assist it back on to cover up the pool.
Parkside Electric stainless steel roller
The single 12-volt battery is enclosed in the roller frame and is continuously charged by a small power pack. An optional solar charging pack is available.
On the non-motorised end of the roller is an ABS handwheel which could be used in the event of a motor failure, or a prolonged black-out when there was no charging available.
Parkside motorised pool roller
Sometimes, people have their pool cover cut narrower to overcome the problem of large, rounded corners. This allows the leaves and debris to get into the pool. If your pool is large, and the pool cover has become unmanageable, or if you have annoying curved corners on the pool, this roller is your answer for easy covering and uncovering the pool.

Sizes available: Up to 8 metres wide, depending on the pool width.
For pools up to 6 metres wide, the maximum recommended pool length is 15 metres, although we have installed on pools up to 20 metres long.
